SUMMARY
This project is related to DIGITALIZATION, technological innovation and intelligent systems and is aligned to the energy NODES (sustainable mobility) and digital and connected factory nodes (virtual and augmented reality).
The project is based on the creation and validation of VR content related to the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of electric vehicles, including industrial vehicles, applying collaborative work between the company VR Magister and the public centers CIFP Meka LHII and CIFP Don Bosco LHII.
In previous projects, digital twins have been created on which several simulated virtual procedures have been created, recreating the steps to be followed in real vehicles. These procedures can be accessed as different challenges by the students.
What has been learned in the programming of the tasks in such a new field as VR and the adaptation time of the work team invested in this project, will be very useful for this second project.
Taking as a reference the created digital twins, a multitude of new virtual challenges can be created on them, such as failures and their diagnosis process based on real experiences. The material created is very interesting and didactic for different sectors such as education and electro mobility. The challenges will be recreated in real vehicles for the study of the behavior of the vehicle systems, their diagnosis and possible repair, in order to reproduce them in the virtual vehicle.
