The objective of the TKgune program is to develop collaborative projects with companies to address the scientific and technological development needs of teachers, promoting applied innovation in both small and medium-sized companies and vocational training centers. We are part of a network of vocational training centers in the Basque Country to facilitate the two-way transfer of knowledge between centers and companies.
We provide companies with the advanced equipment and facilities we have at CIFP Don Bosco LHII, along with the experience of our specialist teachers in the following areas:
- MOBILITY: Diagnostics in mobility and sustainable transport. Application of alternative energies in the automotive industry. Process improvement in electric and hybrid vehicles and ADAS systems.
- DIGITALIZATION AND CONNECTIVITY: Development and manufacturing of electronic prototypes with IoT connectivity. Integration of digital technologies for the optimization of technological products. Systems automation using PLCs, computer vision, and IoT sensors. IT/OT network segmentation with industrial cybersecurity equipment.
- CHEMISTRY, BIOTECHNOLOGY AND HEALTH: Support in chemical, bio- and microbiological analysis, materials analysis, and pharmaceutical processes. Development of solutions for the chemical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries.
- ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT: Application of renewable energies in domestic hot water (DHW) and heating installations. Application of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- INDUSTRY 4.0 AND ADVANCED MANUFACTURING: Automation of production processes with advanced technologies. Optimization of industrial processes through collaborative robotics and machine vision. Support in preventive maintenance techniques.
- FOOD INDUSTRY: Development of solutions for food safety and preservation. Innovation in food production processes with sustainability and quality criteria.
