VIRTUAL SECRETARIAT
The Virtual Secretary’s Office is a service offered by the centre to provide academic management
information and carry out administrative procedures.
ADMISSION, PRE-REGISTRATION, REGISTRATION INITIAL TRAINING and PARTIAL OFFER.
INITIAL TRAINING and PARTIAL OFFER
The admission process for new students begins with pre-enrolment. This takes place in the 1st week of June. Updated information will be available from 15 May and will be published in this section of the Don Bosco website.

SCHOLARSHIPS
In September, applications for scholarships (non-university scholarships) are processed. A distinction is made between students who received a scholarship in the previous academic year (renewing students) and those who are starting a new application. Updated information will be available the first week of September and will be published in this section of the Don Bosco website.

SCHOOL CALENDAR 22/23
In this section, students can see the school calendar for the academic year. It shows the days of school activity and the different holiday periods.
CERTIFICATES and DEGREES
In this section, students can request the issuing of a certificate of studies completed at D. Bosco or request a letter of payment to enable the processing of a degree obtained at D. Bosco. To do this, you must fill in the form corresponding to the procedure to be carried out.

VALIDATIONS
Students must apply for the validation of modules when they enroll. To do so, they must submit the application form duly completed and the corresponding certificate of studies.

TIMETABLE OF CLASSES
Initial Training: From 8:30 to 14:30
OPartial Offer: From 15:30 to 20:30
CUT-OFF GRADES
The cut-off marks indicate the average mark of the last student who obtained a place in a particular cycle last year. Please note that the cut-off mark varies according to the entrance route used and the linguistic model of the cycle.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
The entrance exams for vocational training cycles are held once a year and give those who do not have sufficient previous studies or the qualifications required to access the cycles the opportunity to study Vocational Training.

FREE EXAMINATIONS
The free examinations are theoretical-practical exams that allow students to pass professional modules of training cycles. They make it possible to obtain Technical and/or Higher Technical qualifications. They are held once a year.

OPEN DOORS
The open days take place in the second half of May. The dates and format of the open days will be published on the website in the first week of May.
