The main objective of the project is to investigate and apply the possible use of social robotics in gerontological centres and day centres to promote the prevention of active, healthy and frail ageing. In general, it will try to give a positive vision to the rejection that technology, and in particular robotics, generates in the field of care and attention, working with students, teachers and staff in these areas: the complementary support that social robotics can offer them will be promoted through the organisation of different practical experiences and specific training, and the development of applications that respond to the real needs detected.
