SUMMARY

This project aims to analyse the dietary and pharmacological needs of people affected by, for example, swallowing problems (dysphagia). With the results obtained, the aim is to adapt their medication and food, making it healthy and pleasant. This will improve patient care and their wellbeing with food that brings them pleasure in eating.
