SUMMARY
Research and application of microencapsulation techniques that facilitate the microencapsulation of bioactive substances of different nature, and promote the development of customized products, with more effective, safer and healthier advanced properties. Encapsulation will allow protecting bioactives and modifying their release profiles, improving the efficacy and safety of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, dermo-cosmetic and related products. To foster a collaborative environment between Basque VET centers and companies, where scientific advances are translated into practical and sustainable solutions for the population and industry.
