PROJECT SUMMARY
The ManteTwin project, promoted by CIFP Don Bosco LHII, is a technological innovation initiative that drives digital replication and predictive maintenance in embedded control networks. By integrating 32-bit hardware (STM32 and ESP32), the Wokwi cloud simulator, and distributed Artificial Intelligence (TinyML), ManteTwin enables real-time telemetry monitoring and the simulation of failure scenarios without physical risk. All developed methodologies and assets are Open Source, facilitating technology transfer to local Basque SMEs and enhancing students’ skills toward Industry 5.0 and the EuskoSkills/SpainSkills competitions.
