Academic management information and administrative procedures

ADMISSION, PRE-REGISTRATION, REGISTRATION INITIAL TRAINING and PARTIAL OFFER

Training Cycles (Grades D), Specialization Courses (Grades E) and Professional Certificates (Grades C)

The admission process for new students begins with pre-enrolment. This takes place in the 1st week of June. Updated information will be available from 15 May and will be published in this section of the Don Bosco website.

Open doors 

There are two, one in January and one in April.

Cut-off grades

The cut-off marks indicate the average mark of the last student who obtained a place in a particular cycle last year. Please note that the cut-off mark varies according to the entrance route used and the linguistic model of the cycle.

School calendar

In this section, students can see the school calendar for the academic year. It shows the days of school activity and the different holiday periods.

Timetable classes

Initial Training: From 8:30 to 14:30

Grades C: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Scholarships

In September, applications for scholarships (non-university scholarships) are processed. A distinction is made between students who received a scholarship in the previous academic year (renewing students) and those who are starting a new application. Updated information will be available the first week of September and will be published in this section of the Don Bosco website.

Validations

Students must apply for the validation of modules when they enroll. To do so, they must submit the application form duly completed and the corresponding certificate of studies.

Certificates and degrees

MANAGEMENT through the CENTER

In this section, students can request the issuing of a certificate of studies completed at D. Bosco or request a letter of payment to enable the processing of a degree obtained at D. Bosco. To do this, you must fill in the form corresponding to the procedure to be carried out.

SELF-SERVICE application and payment from IKASGUNEA

  1. Go to: https://ikasgunea.euskadi.eus/es
  2. Log in to: Academic Record –> Non-University Qualifications.
  3. Click on the “Request Qualification” option. (It appears next to the qualification for which you wish to request the diploma).
  4. Make the online payment at that time.

IMPORTANT:

  • NO PROOF OF PAYMENT REQUIRED: Once payment is made, the information is sent to us automatically. Students do not need to submit proof of payment to the center.
  • PROCESSING: We will process the diploma as soon as the system confirms payment.
  • PROCESSING TIME: Please note that receiving the physical diploma takes approximately one year.

Entrance examinations

The entrance exams for vocational training cycles are held once a year and give those who do not have sufficient previous studies or the qualifications required to access the cycles the opportunity to study Vocational Training.

Free examinations

The free examinations are theoretical-practical exams that allow students to pass professional modules of training cycles. They make it possible to obtain Technical and/or Higher Technical qualifications. They are held once a year.
