STRATEGIC PLAN

We would like to share the result of our analysis regarding the path to follow in our project to make CIFP Don Bosco a benchmark centre in its area of influence and to offer our students the highest quality training. 

Starting from our vision of the current state of things and based on our objectives, we have developed a Strategic Plan for the coming years that we consider ambitious but achievable, to guide our efforts and thus be able to achieve our goals.

The plan covers a wide range of aspects, the most important of which are: the training offer, people, methodology, external relations, innovation, internationalisation, sustainability, human relations and equity. Let’s go!
