CIFP DON BOSCO LHII has defined quality as a key point of its policy and strategy. Its commitment affects all the people who make up the Centre, who in turn are committed to continuous improvement in every action they carry out.
To achieve this, the Management team provides all the necessary means for the staff to achieve the desired level of training in the Integrated Management no System.
The basic objective of the Centre is to comply with the requirements of the system and to continuously improve its effectiveness. It also strives to meet the objectives set by responding appropriately and efficiently to the expectations and needs of its stakeholders, working as a team in a comfortable and professional environment that is respectful of the environment, and safe for people in its area of competence.
Furthermore, the Centre places special emphasis on all issues related to the Basque language, participating in initiatives aimed at its development and implementation.
To ensure the proper functioning of the Integrated Management System, the Centre uses as a reference the Quality Management System according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard, the Ekoscan environmental standard, the Environmental Management System according to the UNE-EN-ISO 14001 standard and the Prevention Management System according to the ISO 45001 standard.
